Louisa has over 20 years’ experience in facilitating strategic change across government, multi and bi-lateral organisations and academia in Australia and internationally. Specifically, she advises the Asian Development Bank in supporting SME growth and access to finance, and Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Working Groups to promote targeted, effective, efficient, policies that make the best use of scarce resources and increase participation in APEC economies. In addition, she is also working with the innovative and sustainable Fairtrade organisation to develop stronger and more supportive governance systems to promote economic growth.
Louisa is also an Officer in the Australian Army where she works to implement the highly regarded, international Peace Operations Seminar. This seminar aims to familiarise selected ADF personnel, as well as other Government and non-Government agencies, with current and future factors influencing national participation in peace operations, protection of civilians and women’s participation.
Louisa is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), an elected representative on the International Development Contractors Australia Executive and speaks Mandarin and Italian.
Louisa’s first book, Two Strokes of Luck, will be release by Shooting Star in early 2019.
